Making Jesus known throughout Anfield & Everton

Youth Work
Richmond has always had an active youth presence during its vast history, and still reaches out to the youth of the surrounding community.
Richmond Baptist Church here in Anfield offers a welcoming environment for its Sunday school program, aimed at children and young people.
Here are some key features in our Sunday school:
1/ We have a healthy mixed age range of children allowing them to learn at a level that is appropriate to them.
2/ Biblical teaching often focuses on teaching the Bible through stories, activities and discussions, making the lessons engaging and relevant to their lives.
3/ Interactive activities may include crafts, games, songs and drama to help the children connect with the lessons in a fun way.
4/ Building friendships is an essential aspect of Sunday school, with opportunities for children to form connections with their peers and develop a sense of community within the church.
5/ The Sunday school helpers strive to create a supportive atmosphere where children can feel safe to express themselves, ask questions, and grow in their faith.
Our young people have their own Friday night KIDZONE meetings!
Here they are able to keep up with their friends, church life, and enjoy sharing fellowship. See KIDZONE page for details.
Richmond Tots
We run a Pre-school age Play group every Thursday (term time only) 9.15 – 11am.
We have fun playing, doing crafts, having a Bible based story - and juice and snacks (tea & toast for the parents!)
